Michael has a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Boston University’s College of Liberal Arts.

Michael has been the Head of China M&A and APAC GC for the American Industrial Acquisition Corporation.  AIAC is a private investment group with over 20 years’ experience acquiring and restructuring financially challenged businesses located around the world.  Prior to his position with AIAC, Michael worked as an investment banker heading the Shanghai office of Alantra, a global investment banking firm that specializes in cross border M&A.  Before becoming an investment banker, Michael was a partner and the head of the international practice of a large law firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts (USA).
